Roller Conveyor Shot Blast Machines
The new roller conveyor shot blasting machines from CMV were developed focusing on the needs of the structural steel manufacturers, optimizing floor space, operational cost and maintenance.
Continuous Tumble Belt Machine
Manly indicated for castings and forgings weighing up to 300 kg (660lbs) each, CMV offers Continuous Tumble Belt Machines models with production capacity from 4 to 30 Tons / h, equipped with two 45 (up to 75HP) blast wheels (up to nine).

CMV offers a line of equipment for metal plates and profiles, with just the blast equipment or even a complete preservation line, including roller conveyors, blower, pre-heat oven, blasting, cleaning (sweep and blow), painting and drying (with gas ovens or electric), treatment of the volatiles (VOCs) eventually created in the process.
