In February of this year, we were audited and we conquer the recertification in the newest version of the ISO 9001 program. Between some changes from one version to another stand out one vision more ample about the managing of risks and opportunities, beyond the emphasis in the leadership and the commitment of the high direction.
One question that never has been changed in the versions of the program is the focus on the client. Without him, nothing happens. ISO demands that periodic surveys be realized with the clients to know their satisfaction level with the company.
Since we had the program implanted and applied this survey to our clients, it was possible to measure that their satisfaction level is 90%. This result is a reflection of a strong company that delivers products that combine extremely high efficiency and technological innovation.
