Working chamber: constructed with bolted steel sheet profiles, modular to accommodate various dimensions. Rubber coating on interior surfaces, excluding the ceiling.

Abrasive transport: horizontal transport system utilizing scraper cars or optional threads, conveyor belts, or pickup truck alongside the mug lift.

Control panel: housed in a shielded cabinet, equipped with PLC for automatic equipment function control and a security system preventing blasting with an open door. Compliant with major international standards such as EN 60204-1.

Blasting machine: pressure vessel built to ASME VIII standards, hydrostatically tested, with pneumatic remote control, operator protection, and air filter suitable for human breathing. Features high-efficiency pneumatic system and nozzle, with optional level sensor for automatic abrasive replenishment.

Mug elevator and abrasive purifier: elevator equipped with high-chromium, abrasion-resistant cups, driven directly by a reduction motor. Highly efficient and easily adjustable abrasive cleaner.

Exhaust system: combination of air inlet/outlet baffles for excellent visibility and abrasive waste elimination. Powder Collector includes descending airflow (patent-pending), polyester element filter cartridges, and electronically-controlled pulse-jet automatic cleaning system.
