The CMV towable
vibrating compactor, model CVR-15L or P (Smooth or with Feet)
is extremely robust and appropriate to work under the most
severe conditions; and is indicated for the construction of
roads, airports, industrial areas, dams, public ways, etc...
Model CVR-15-L (smooth roller) is ideal for compacting sandy
soils and gravel and crushed-stone bases, and model CVR-15-P
(roller with feet) is indicated for compacting cohesive and
semi-cohesive soils.
The CMV vibrating rollers have been designed with the most
advanced technology, in order to provide users a lower
operating cost, high production, ease of maintenance and
lower acquisition cost (higher productivity).
The excellent workability of the CMV roller allows the
lateral displacement of the tractor coupling, along the
curbstone, and the lateral projection if the chassis is only
115 mm, and the turning radius is equal to that of the
towing tractor.
*Tractor coupling:
Through the exclusive "CMV" quick coupling system, the CVF-15
L or P is coupled to the tractor in only 1 minute.
Easy maintenance: The
coupling has only two lubrication points, and since the
bearings of the eccentric shaft are
oversized, with permanent lubrication (oil bath) thus ensuring a longer
life to the assembly.
Chassis: Robust, built
in welded steel blade, supported on elastomer shock
absorbers to prevent vibration, and perfectly
balanced to facilitate coupling to the tractor.
Coupling: Features a
spring, which totally eliminates the transmission of "collisions"
to start and stop the tractor.
Hydraulic oil tank: With
a capacity of 190 liters of oil, it features suction vacuum
filters and return filters that ensure a
good operation of the hydraulic system. It also has a peep hole for level
verification.
Rollers: The rollers are
interchangeable, built with a 24.4 mm thick steel plate, and
can be supplied (L) smooth or (P) with
feet. Optionally, we can supply a removable housing with feed to couple
to the smooth roller (LP).
Hydraulic Engine:
Dimensioned to produce a rotation of 1800 RPM to the
eccentric axle, both forward and rear (right/left).
Easy to operate: A
simple and well dimensioned hydraulic command is actuated by
the tractor operator, from the tractor
seat.
Coupling to tractor:
Through the exclusive "CMV" quick coupling system, in only 1
minute the CVR-15 L or P will be
coupled to the tractor.
