Blast Wheel
• Diameter of 306 mm;
• Directly driven by a 5 hp (3,7 kW) II poles electric motor;
• Curved blades that throws a higher volume of abrasive than the conventional
     blast wheels and with a velocity about 20% higher.

Basket
• Theoretic capacity of 100 liters;
• 30 x 30 mm mesh size opening (standard);
• Loading / unloading access door.

Work door
• Manual opening assisted by
     shock absorbers;
• Labyrinth type sealing against the
     exit of abrasive media;
• Internal rubber lining.

Abrasive metering valve
• Electrically driven;
• Easy adjustment without the need
     of any tools.


Abrasive separator
• High efficiency patented system;
• Located at the lower part of the machine.
 

Dust collector
• Equipped with panel type filters with filtering surface of 7.7 m2;
• Automatic cleaning;
• Automatic disposal of residues.

Control panel
• Mounted in an IP-54 armored enclosure;
• Friendly man-machine interface;
• Equipped with blast wheel amperage meter.

Optional equipment
• Basket with other size of mesh or built from manganese steel;
• Special fixtures for parts;
• Frequency inverters for blast wheel;
• Special mesh size for retaining of impurities.
