Practicality with High Performance
Indicated for the blasting and shot peening of forged,
punched, injected and casted parts, can operate with steel
shot or steel grit among other abrasive medias. Features
fast work cycles due to high efficiency blast wheels
combined with good blast wheel power and batch size ratio.
Other characteristic of this family of machines is the wider
abrasive separator built in at the machine lower part, which
provides a superior abrasive separation combined with a
major reduction on the machine height.
Technical Specifications
Exhaust system:
extremely compact, mounted next to the machine body, comes
with an automatic filtering media cleaning and residues
unloading system. It achieves a residual dust emission below
1 mg/m3, fulfilling the major environmental and occupational
health regulations.
Blast wheels: double
sided with curved blades, providing a higher volume and
velocity than the conventional blast wheels of the same
power. It is made from extremely abrasive resistant
materials, thus having longer useful lifetime and lower
operational costs.
Work door: with manual
opening on the 60 and 80 liters models and pneumatic on the
160 and 320 liters units. The door has labyrinth type
sealing and safety lock that do not allow the opening while
the blast wheel is working.
Control panel: mounted
in an armored enclosure next to the machine body, fulfills
the electric norms, is equipped with amperage meter and has
friendly interface for the equipment operation.
Optionals: Mechanical
skip loader for the 80, 160 and 320 liters models, frequency
inverters for the blast wheels and or belts, rotating or
vibratory sieve, pneumatic door for the 80 liters model.

Remarks:
The above data is for machine operating at 60Hz, while on
50Hz the velocity of abrasive thrown is of 75 m/s and the
volume of abrasive thrown is approximately 20% higher than
informed at this table. The specifications are subject to
change without prior notice. |
