This equipment can employ the whole range of abrasive
materials such as sand, quartz, steel grits (use of G-120
restricted for injectors starting at 2.5 mm), aluminum
oxides, micro glass spheres, etc.
This is a light equipment for works with abrasive blasting
and surface finishing in maintenance, repair of painted
surfaces, façades in stone, masonry cleaning, handicrafts in
wood, glass, "hobby", services in mechanical and maintenance
repair shops, tinsmith's workshops, repair on metal plates
and many other applications, and can still be associated to
rooms. The types of finishing are cleaning, deoxidization,
scaling-off, anchorage standard, matting, engraving or
decoration, precision cleaning without damaging the blasted
part, surface capillarization, finishing like trimming,
satin finish, shot peening, etc...
Basic Characteristics
The CMV suction blasting machine, model JS 80xx has an 80-liter
reservoir with handles, abrasive material classifying screen
and an abrasive material dosing valve with adjustment
through a screw. The machine is equipped with a blasting gun
kit (KJS) which consists of an abrasive material hose,
Bollard bolt, air dosing valve, blasting gun, injector and
blasting nozzles, and remaining accessories necessary for
the assembly of the system. The following items can
optionally be supplied: the operator protection kit (KOPERJS),
casters, abrasive materials and other accessories.
Operator Protection Kit (Koperjs)
Supplied optionally, this kit consists of a protecting hood,
breathing mask and a pair of protecting gloves.
For more protection of the operator, we recommend to use
abrasive materials that produce little dust (for example:
quartz instead of sand), to work with sand and pressurized
blasting (KOPERJM). |
