The CMV blasting
cabinets are extremely compact. Model GS-9075E has a wide
working chamber with 895mm width, 745mm in depth, and 700mm
in height. It also has two side doors, a shielded luminary
with fluorescent lamps (2x20w), an exhaust system with 0.75
hp (220/380v three-phase or optionally single-phase).
Applications: Cleaning,
deoxidation, scaling-off, engraving, precision cleaning
without damaging the blasted part, surface capillarization,
finishing like trimming, satin etching, shot peening, etc.
Advantages: The patented
exhaust system (PI 9.603.394-0), besides being extremely
compact and efficient, ensure perfect recycling of the
abrasive material with excellent operational visibility.
Savings of abrasive material by this equipment are so
significant that in the majority of cases it pays to replace
the old equipment.
Basic Characteristics:
Pedal-actuated blasting gun, internal lighting via
fluorescent lamps in shielded luminary, doors with fast
shut-down, shielded peep hole, filters in needled polyester
felt, air/abrasive dosing valve with adjustment, moisture
separating filter, pair of gloves in PVC with sleeves and a
switch that turns on exhaust and illumination simultaneously.
