The PanBlast AER85 blasting equipment for closed circuit, distributed in Brazil by CMV, is the smallest model in the line of equipment for closed circuit, working only with compressed air (no need for electric energy). The operation and recovery of abrasive blasting occurs simultaneously and confined in the nozzle, making it free of dust, allowing its completion next to other people and equipments.

The PanBlast AER85 model uses the suction system, which uses the vacuum created by jet in the air pistol is used to transport the abrasive to the silo storage to the blasting nozzle. The system consists of a storage silo, abrasive separator and dust collector integrated with compact constructive format and lightweight.
The abrasive recovery system uses a stream of air generated by a vacuum ejector. This means that the whole machine is operated the by air, and therefore can be used anywhere that has adequate supply of compressed air.
